    RENK的歷史可以追溯到1873年,當時Johann Julius RENK在奧格斯堡的Lechviertel為齒輪的機械生產建立了一個小型機加工車間。1879年,這家年輕的公司搬到了Goggingen社區,直到今天RENK的總部仍在那里。公司于1897年改制為股份制公司,從1923年起,將公司整合到現在的MAN集團。

      在2011年大眾汽車(Volkswagen AG)收購MAN SE的多數股權時,RENK也加入了大眾集團。今天,RENK已成為全球高質量驅動技術供應商。該公司在奧格斯堡、萊茵河和漢諾威的分公司是主要的生產基地。

      RENK滑動軸承由德國漢諾威廠(RENK AG Hannover Plant)生產,與電動機相關的主要軸承型號有EF系列,EM系列,ER/EG系列,ZM系列。
